Delete your data

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Disconnect a social account

Removing Morpha's access to an Instagram or TikTok account deletes the stored access tokens for that account immediately, and cancels any post of yours that was scheduled to it but has not published yet. Already-published posts stay on your account — they belong to you, and Morpha cannot remove them.

You can do this three ways, and all three have the same effect:

Instagram notifies us and we delete the tokens without you doing anything else.

Delete a specific deletion request

If you asked Instagram to delete your data, Instagram gives you a confirmation code. That code identifies your request. Deletion runs immediately when the request reaches us, so by the time you read this page the tokens are already gone; there is no queue to check. Email hello@morphareels.ai with the code if you want written confirmation.

Delete your whole Morpha account

Deleting your account removes your projects, uploaded video and images, rendered exports, scheduled posts, API keys and every connected-account token, and it cancels any subscription. A project you have shared with other people by email, or allowed to be embedded on a website, is kept, so the people using it keep access. Stripe keeps its own records of your payments.

To delete it yourself, sign in, open your account settings and choose Delete account. It cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email hello@morphareels.ai from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

What we hold in the first place

From a connected Instagram or TikTok account, Morpha stores the access token, the account's username and user id, and (for TikTok) the privacy and interaction settings your account allows, which we need to build a post request your account will accept. Morpha does not read your existing posts, followers, messages, or audience data.
