Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Morpha, the video editor at morphareels.ai, operated by Difflex Ltd. By using Morpha you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Who can use Morpha

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Morpha. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

The service

Morpha is a browser-based editor for short-form social video. It lets you compose layered videos, render them to MP4, and — if you connect an Instagram or TikTok account — schedule and publish those videos to your own account.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity under your account. Tell us at hello@morphareels.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant Morpha a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and render your content for the purpose of operating the service for you — including, when you connect a social account and schedule a post, transmitting and publishing that content to the platform you chose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual backup copies purged on our normal cycle.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and publish, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Morpha to create, upload, or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise violates the rules of any platform you publish to. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the service.

Social publishing

When you connect an Instagram or TikTok account, you authorize Morpha to publish the specific videos you schedule or post to that account. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with each platform's terms and content policies (including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation). Scheduling a post is a request — the platform ultimately controls whether content is accepted, and may reject or remove it. You can revoke Morpha's access at any time by disconnecting in the app or in your platform settings.

Third-party services

Morpha integrates with third-party services (Instagram, TikTok, Stripe, Google, and AI providers). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

Intellectual property

Morpha and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. These Terms don't grant you any rights in them beyond using the service.

Disclaimers

Morpha is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a scheduled post will be published successfully by a third-party platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morpha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Morpha harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform's rules.

Termination

You can stop using Morpha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of Difflex Ltd (Morpha's operator), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there.
