Support
Morpha is the video editor at morphareels.ai, operated by Difflex Ltd. This page is for anyone who uses Morpha, whether in the editor or through an assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Email hello@morphareels.ai for help with your account, a project, billing, or Morpha in ChatGPT or another assistant.
It helps to include:
- the email address you sign in to Morpha with;
- the name of the project, if your question is about one;
- the assistant you were using, and what you asked it;
- what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one.
Leave your password and any API key out of the message.
Using Morpha in ChatGPT
- Connecting. Connect Morpha to ChatGPT has the steps. When ChatGPT asks you to sign in, sign in to Morpha or create your account there.
- Finishing a video. ChatGPT builds the project and replies with a link to it. Open the link to see the project in the Morpha editor and change anything by hand. To save the MP4, choose Share at the top right, then Download. On a phone, choose Render MP4 in the ⋮ menu. Downloading from the editor is free and adds no watermark. A browser that cannot export video, such as Chrome on Linux, says so before you start and suggests Chrome on macOS or Windows.
- Adding your own media. ChatGPT can add an image or an audio track from a public web address you give it. Video clips are uploaded in the editor.
- Disconnecting. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps or Plugins, select Morpha, and choose Disconnect (OpenAI's guide has the details). To remove its access on Morpha's side as well, open Connected agents in your Morpha settings and choose Revoke next to the assistant. Your projects stay in your Morpha account either way.
Claude and Gemini connect the same way, and Connect Morpha has the steps for each.
Your account
- Signing in. Sign in at morphareels.ai/signin with Google or with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, reset it here.
- Plans and billing. Pricing lists the plans. If you subscribe, your account settings is where you switch plans, change your card or cancel.
- Deleting your account. In your account settings, choose Delete account. It deletes every project, render and uploaded clip, revokes your API keys and cancels your subscription. A project you have shared with other people by email, or allowed to be embedded on a website, is kept so the people using it keep access. It cannot be undone.
Privacy and your data
The Privacy Policy explains what Morpha collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. The Terms of Service cover your use of Morpha. Delete your data explains how to remove a connected Instagram or TikTok account.
Building on Morpha
The developer docs cover the API, the SDK and connecting an assistant.
